Bolsa Chica Self Storage has a state-of-the-art security system and Resident Management. 
Customers gain admittance with their private entry code. Once the private entry code is entered, the computerized gate automatically swings open, and the unit alarm is deactivated. You use your own lock and key to your unit. Upon exiting Bolsa Chica Self Storage, the unit alarm is automatically reactivated.
The 155 surveillance cameras monitor & record activity in the hallways and the perimeter of the facility. All doors are individually alarmed and monitored by our computer system 24 hours a day. All activity from the entrance point to the exit point is continuously recorded.
Bolsa Chica Self Storage has an eight foot cinderblock wall surrounding the entire facility and
is well-lit for added security. There are smoke detectors throughout our facility; and each unit contains fire sprinklers.
An intercom system in all sections of the facility is connected to our front office for communication. Our in-house staff has daily walk-thru checks to monitor activity.
